The Southwest AIDS Advocacy Team seeks to advocate on behalf of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS with focus to create awareness about the disease, receive funding and support for more inclusive services, accelerate the pace of discovery in the HIV field and to protect and expand access to quality health care, treatment and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS as a chronic disease.

Meetings are held at the Southwest Center on the LAST Wednesday of every month, starting at 5:30 p.m. All who desire to constructively advocate for HIV/AIDS prevention and support the work of the Southwest Center are welcome to attend.
