This program is one of few off site programs. This program targets gay and bisexual men who are 18-29 and living in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. FUSION uses the MPowerment model to create an environment that allows the targeted group to create social, interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships and helps to build community among the 18-29 year old target population.

To provide optimal access to the target market for this program, it is located in a house within a central Phoenix neighborhood that is heavily populated with gay men. Educational, social and community-building activities are scheduled throughout the year and the house is open in the evenings and on weekends to provide a space for the men to study, socialize, hang out or just get to a comfortable space.
