This two-day retreat targets men who have sex with men (MSM) of all ages over 18, race/ethnicity and is open to all regardless of HIV status. The retreat uses large group presentations, small group processing, activities and socialization to visit areas of sexual, emotional, mental, relationship, spiritual and physical health.

Retreats are held at private locations and include breakfast, lunch and snacks for both days. Some sessions are specifically targeted to Native American, Black/African American and Spanish-speaking communities. Seminars and retreats are offered statewide and are free of charge.
