Targeted Outreach for MSM

Targeted Outreach seeks to identify and contact individuals who are considered at high risk for contracting HIV, determining HIV status, assessing need, and referral to medical services. The Targeted Outreach Team of specialists seek to contact HIV positive individuals through one on one conversations and group presentations at various venues, including but not limited to bars, outreach programs and street outreach.

Funding for the Targeted Outreach program is provided by a grant from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, HIV/AIDS Bureau and the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act, Part A.
